2013-05-03 12:52:19 VaderII: Il fatto è che D&D non è un’ambientazione coerente.Il fatto che ci sia la magia avrebbe fatto si che il mondo si fosse evoluto in maniera estremamente diversa, non avremmo i castelli e tutto il medioevo classico se ci fosse stata la magia, avremmo avuto un medioevo estremamente diverso.
In parte si ed in parte no, ovviamente ci si aspetterebbe di meglio da un mondo HI-magic, ma se la media di livello del mondo è piu o meno bassa (ed è cosi in praticamente tutte le ambientazioni TSR) e ci sommi il fatto che i maghi storto o morto quello che sanno se lo tengono caro caro oppure creano mille ordini e gerarchie per non far accedere il primo che capita a tutto lo scibile magico, allora mi pare piu "coerente".
Purtroppo D&D è un fail ogni volta che si esce da un dungeon.
Dipende da quanto il master prepara, ed è disposto a trashare o riciclare in caso di snobbata dei giocatori.
Noi abbiamo bandito diverse magie (tutto ciò che fa teleportare, tutto ciò che uccide al primo colpo, tutto ciò che crea qualcosa di reale dal nulla e le resurrezioni costano 1 punto di cos sempre) e questo migliora parecchio il gioco out of dungeons.
Imho la cosa peggiore che si puo fare!!!
Vorrei ricordare che le resurrezioni le fanno pur sempre gli dei mica il chierico che la casta, quindi lui la chiede ma se al dio quel tizio proprio gli sta sulle balle per tutta una serie di motivi che solo un dio sa, il suddetto puo divinamente dire "ma anche no!". Oppure per i tira o muori esistono sempre milioni di immunità , a partire dal frontino che ti da resistenza 30 al psi ad arrivare all'anello che ti rende immune al fingher of death perche ti incatena l'anima al tuo buco del culo, quindi stai pur certo che il capo dei capi puo essere sempre facilissimamente immune. Se poi puo dar fastidio che i pg ci arrivano facilmente dal capo dei capi non credo che lo faranno usando i colpi migliori, ma si conserveranno fino ad assaporare la delusione:"ok casti power word kill, e lui ti ride in faccia è immune agli effetti death!!"
Poi bandire il teleport no pls!! al 16° mi annoierei a perdere anche solo 20 minuti (tra prepara miniature,scenario e cazzi e mazzi)per 2 round di scontro tra il barbaro del gruppo in ira e 15 banditi sulla strada per Baldur's Gate XDDDDD
Come dice il saggio articolo, che condivido moltissimo, negare apriori è la scelta piu rapida ma anche la piu scarna perche da pochi spunti :)))))
PS= Non voglio offendere nessuno, ma parli con un mago "duro e puro" che ad un inizio di campagna in cui il master ha esordito :"raga nella mia campagna il resurrection non esiste!", si è alzato e se ne è andato XD]]>
